Michaël Lévy practices in all areas of real estate law.
He has solid experience in the field of real estate investments, in particular in matters of acquisitions and sales of real estate assets, of real estate portfolios, of real estate companies pertaining to various types of assets such as offices, hotels, warehouses or shopping centres.
Michaël has acquired strong expertise in creating real estate investment funds and setting up joint-ventures.
Michaël also has solid experience in the field of commercial leases. He provides assistance to his clients in particular within the framework of the drafting and negotiation of all types of lease agreements, of sale & lease back agreements, and for the implementation of inter-company restaurants.
He is also active in matters of real estate management and more specifically within the framework of the drafting and negotiation of asset and property management agreements, and of management mandates.
His activity also includes construction and development projects.

Career history:

Before founding Lawington in January 2010, Michaël worked first for two years (1999 – 2001) as a senior broker with Keops, then practiced as a lawyer for nine years (2001 – 2009) as a member of Clifford Chance’s real estate department.

Educational qualifications:

Michaël is an avocat admitted to the Paris Bar. He qualified at the University of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne (Bachelor’s degree in Business Law, 1997 ; DESS (professional master’s degree) in Commercial Law, 1998 ; and a DESS in Real Estate Law, 1999).
