Avi Amsellem provides services in all areas of real estate law.
He focuses in particular on the legal aspects of sales and acquisitions of real estate assets, rights or portfolios of any kind: offices, industrial or logistics activities and hotels.
He provides assistance on a regular basis to landlords and tenants in matters of rental management and within the framework of the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases, management mandates and leasing mandates and for property management.
He has solid experience in matters of construction and property development in the context of real estate project structuring of any nature (logistic warehouses, shopping centres, offices) and participates on a regular basis in the negotiation and drafting of sales off plans, property development agreements, project management agreements, works contracts, etc.
His practice area includes a significant amount of real estate litigation.

Career history :

Before founding Lawington in January 2010, Avi Amsellem practiced for six years (2001 – 2006) with the real estate department of Clifford Chance and three years (2007 – 2009) with the real estate team of De Pardieu Brocas Mafféi.

Educational qualifications:

Avi is an avocat admitted to the Paris Bar. He holds a DESS (professional master’s degree) in International Business Law from the University of Paris V – Descartes.
He has given several training courses at the Paris Bar School on the topic of “Real Estate Investment”.
